200k options would be worth about 2 million right now. Post IPO who knows... IPO is most likely a couple years away
It's not 200k options, from his previous comments, it's 200k worth of options, so for 4 years he's getting 800k worth of Options, as per the price mentioned by you he's getting probably 80k options vested over 4 years
