Genuine question. whats up with all of you wearing company swag all the time? literally all of you. and i have never seen one indian or chinese people. almost 95% white. how did that even happen?
Convoy = logistics. Logistics = 99.9% white people.
Lol. My Indian friend got an offer - so it’s not like they are picky. He just rejected their offer.
Convoy has tons of Indians. Heck most of my loop was Indian.

Yup. The comp structure is terrible. Basically was paid as much as my existing comp with the dreams of having 2x the comp in a few months. Options are illiquid and there wasn’t any secondary market to sell the options. Didn’t work for me. Cool place to work though
There are lots of Indian and Chinese people at convoy. Maybe the T-shirt’s and swag are more appealing to white people??
We wear it because we are proud and looks good. We are not all white. If the swag has you envious you can scoop some up for yourself on our website :-)
