I'm fed up of people claiming that there are no tests in the USA for Coronavirus. Here are a few locations. Go to their respective websites for details on how you doctor or provider needs to collect the swabs and send the samples to the labs.

Your post is bullshit.
If I have to battle and start calling multiple doctors to finally find someone who can get us a test, that’s further proof that it’s not readily available.
The 10% means that 10% of the capacity is used so far and/or reported to the CDC. CDC is no longer tracking every case, but letting the states volunteer the statistics.
The legends on the CDC table also indicate what's excluded and the data lag. It also isn't showing data from private/corporate labs such as Stanford or Johns Hopkins, or LabCorp.
I don't think this will be as bad as 3% death rate, but the focus should be on the cure or vaccination.
