Corporate to FAANG or corporate to pre-ipo startups?

I have two years of experience and am planning on changing my job. What strategy would you recommend for my next move? I am currently working at SAP and I need to know the pros and cons of both cases - if i go to a FAANG company or a pre-ipo startup. tc - 130k
