I am posting this on behalf of a friend. Has anyone purchased BMW through Costco? If yes, can you tell how much discount you got off MSRP (please tell model too).

    Big word of advice: test drive several cars before you pick which one you want, and take a hard look at the CPO models of recent years as you'll likely save a bit there.

    You don't need to purchase through Costco to save money. If he/she is interested in a BMW go to bimmerpost and search the forum for purchase details. There are countless pages full of details on what deals people have received. My advice, negotiate the price through an Internet sales person directly from the dealership. Tell them what deals you're seeing online, and share data. 8% off msrp for a 2018 is great and 9-10% off a 2017 should be expected. Tell your friend to ask for a fleet discount through his/her employer (if they sponsor a BMW discount program). Workday got me 2500 below invoice through its fleet partnership.
