Blind community need your thoughts and wisdom
Got an offer from a company with a role I'm interested in and accepted the offer.
I told my current employer about it and now they immediately mentioned they will promote me in a week plus beat the new offer by 15% and gave me the flexibilty to move to Bay as I mentioned it was the reason I considered the offer.
I'm lost...don't know what to do,
1. Shall I move on with new Employer as it is
2. Shall I re-negotiate with new Emplyer and ask for better numbers
3. Shall I take the offer at my current employer
4. Shall I negotiate more with my current employer

Roles at both companies?
Yoe?
If you see better long term prospects at new employer (you tagged Facebook, Apple, Google, is it a good project/role in one of them?), then ignore the counter, thank them for it, but move on without burning any bridges
WLB might take a hit so if thatβs a consideration (family time), think it through.
