Coursera - Experience and Levels?

What is it like working at Coursera and what are the different levels. I am interviewing for an Engineering Manager role and would appreciate if anyone can tell me what the career path, salary structure and work experience is like - I know their IPO is coming soon. I am currently at L63 at msft, but want to make sure I do not get down-leveled. Thank you
