My brother is getting recruited for new grad SWE at Coursera but haven’t heard much about them in terms of work. How is it there, how are they doing, what is the outlook, etc.? TC 310k, YOE 8

Interesting comment about the salary. We were told to expect around 110-115k base for new grad SWE? That’s on par with FAANG.
