Heard from recruiter that there is a boot camp for product designer besides regular team match-offer road.
wondering if anyone experienced it and what’s the pro/con of doing team match then offer v.s take offer and then boot camp for team match?#design #interviews #ui/ux

Either way, the process is to join Design Camp for the first week. Learn tools, etc.
So far my best guess is to think like this:
If you have other offers and team/product fit is a big factor you'd want to know the team ahead of joining.
If you team match after joining you get more time to learn about products/teams before making that decision but it would also be a bit stressful to start without having that q settled, and maybe there's some slight risk you do t find a great fit and end up in suboptimal team and now its too late for other offers you had while interviewing.
