i lived with my parents (pay rent of $800) and drove my moms old car to reach here. i feel like i wasted the last couple years sometimes and it makes me feel empty. only side hustle was modeling contract but i didn’t make much from it (~$5000) and bought and sold a house but didn’t make much profit from it (~$25,000) dad paid for my computer science degree
i didn’t even know i had reached $200k until i opened a google sheets and added everything up.

One thing you get with having money is that you realize that money doesn’t bring fulfillment.
Also I refuse to have any sort of roommates. I’ve never had a good experience living with people. Including living with my parents right now lol
