Possible EB-2 retrogression for India in Sept?

Finally my date has become current and I’m reading blogs online saying shit will retrogress in Sept again. Anyone have any thoughts or insights? #workvisa #h1b

    These bastards are sitting on my GC application since Oct 2020 despite the dates being current forever . Pri date Jan 2012
    Appalled 😳 and furious..getting ready to now file my H1B extension inspite of GC at the fricking last stage.medical rfe has been responded to and it’s been 90 days since ..damn it

      Doesn’t make sense why ROW applications are serviced quicker than India for PDs that are current. Just nonsense from USCIS’ part

      They will not process. You have to understand, this is all from above. The system was in place to just keep squeezing us for h1b tax and never give gc. Somehow covid happened and gcs became available. So they did what they could to stop the inflow - just do not process. No one can do anything about it.

    It’s a shit show! Nobody knows, literally nobody. However, I can put my money on uscis incompetence so yes, I think it’s going to retrogress.

    Why not give gc proactively with some preliminary processing then do a more thorough processing after fact and withdraw gc for discrepancies. That way they won’t have waste gcs ..

      Lol. USCIS will get sued for that. It's in law on how they can give GC. People like you and me don't show up to townhalls, so most politicians don't Care or know it's an issue. Then there is a racist Dem senator who hates brown guys. 🤷🏽‍♂️
