    Just got top band general SWE offer for NYC E5. Recruiter mentioned that it is top band and non negotiable
    220k base/875k RSU/15%/100k sign on

    I believe Bay area should have same number

      YOE 5. Current tech lead of a team of 8 engineers.

      got 3 coding + 1 product design + 1 behavior in onsite and 1 product design followup interview

      Finished 3 questions in one coding round and 2 questions in other 2 coding rounds. Coding and behavior interviews are all hire to strong hire. Product design in onsite seems a week hire, but product design followup is a strong hire

    Range is big, $250-600, a mix of negotiating, interview performance, background and competing offers. Base is typically the same $170-185, one friend joined and got initial offer 500k rsu and negotiated up a little, another buddy joined preallocated with $1.2M rsu both E5
