Cracking the L5 SWE interview

Cracking the L5 interview - Can just the Leetcode get one to Google L5 equivalent at Fb, Airbnb, LinkedIn, Pinterest and the likes? I know Leetcode is important, but is just the Leetcode enough? I assume companies would also test the knowledge in building real things. How do I prepare for that? Blind always have been emphasizing on Leetcode.
