People will be friendly, and you may feel comfortable. And you may say something you regret later. Just be careful.
Just know they have cameras everywhere and they have tracking software on the computers. And the offices generally have no privacy (clear glass on virtually all the rooms). Most of the desks are open office floor plans which makes it hard to focus from visual and audible noise.
Also, projects can be high stress. Managers can be rude. If you are rude to anyone and it gets reported that could be it, you could be laid-off or fired.
They provide free food and snacks. This is strictly for while working.
Do not take home any food at the end of work for any reason, except from the cafeteria.
They used to have beer on Fridays until company policy changed. Now, they only do it for some events.
Donโt talk about work in the lunchroom even if it is on campus. It is technically public, people invite guests all the time.
Working there is honestly a panopticon.
...but you pay for all your meals instead of them being provided.
I was more productive working at Microsoft.
