I’m evaluating an offer from Cruise Automation and the numbers seem alright. TC 385K for an eng role Since I’m on a H1B, want to ensure that the immigration team at Cruise is reliable 1. Which law firm does Cruise use? Are they reliable? 2. Does the company file Day 1 green card? 3. Will they allow expedited processing of green card? 4. Any manager approvals or HR processes to be aware of?
What's the offer breakdown?
May I know What's the offer breakdown? and YoE (Year of Experience)? Is it HW or SW eng role? Thanks
recruiter told me you can file GC after 90 days.
How was the interview experience?
They use http://www.minamitamaki.com/ as immigration lawyers. Personally having very good experience with them. Responsive and knowledgeable unlike some of the much bigger firms out there.
Has anyone filed for EB-1B green card through Cruise? How was the experience?
Why leave Uber? Is their immigration team not good?
Want to try something new professionally - been at Uber for 3+ years now and want a change. The Uber immigration team with Fragomen is pretty good and I’ve had good experiences.
Thank for the feedback. Wish you all the best. TC at cruise looks great.
