Cruise L5 vs Scale.AI L5 vs Affirm L7

I have a few offers, but it comes down to these: Cruise, Scale.ai and Affirm. Affirm is a staff role while other two are senior roles.

Cruise:
Base: $225K
Bonus: $67.5/yr
New Hire Equity Grant: $700K over 4 years
Sign On: 50K
Total: ~470k/yr

Scale.AI:
Base: $220K
Equity: $788K over 4 years (@current valuation of 7.8B)
Total: ~410k/yr

Affirm:
Don't have hard numbers yet (will update the thread on Mon)
levels.fyi says total TC will be ~450k

I am inclined to take up Affirm since it is a staff role and I like the team, but the potential upside with Cruise/Scale is making me think twice. Also, I see a lot of people raise red-flags about the culture at Cruise. Also, not sure what to make of the Cruise CEO being fired this week. What does the Blind hivemind think?

I also have offers from Amazon(Sr), Harness(Staff) and Airbnb(Sr) - less inclined to join these
