What is the culture and morale like at Booz Allen Hamilton? Also, does the interview process have anything unique about it or is it pretty basic? Thanks!

I personally like the culture at Booz a lot. Morale varies from contract to contract, mainly depending on client and your career manager, but the biggest complaints I've heard stem from pay (not the best). The interview process is pretty straightforward. Phone screen, phone interview, in person interview with the hiring manager. Could be variations in the process, but that's the typical scenario. I haven't seen any case studies or technical interviews. Mainly behavioral and fit.
The interview process was ridiculous. I had a 5 back to back, on the damn phone with 5 different teams. I was offered a job. When it came time I declined. When they asked why? I said it was because I didn't know even what I was being hired to do.
As far as I can tell, it really differs between teams and offices. I've got a friend who technically works out of their Austin "office" and likes it since it's out of a coworking space.
I'm in the commercial practice and it's great. Fun projects, smart people, good pay.
They typically have a speed dating like setup where shortlisted candidates end up in a conference room with interviewers. After a time limit they switch. After 2 such interviews a decision is made.
I had a short phone interview with a recruiter after applying on indeed. I then had another short phone interview with the hiring manager, I got a call a week later with a job offer. The interview with the recruiter was literally just her asking me questions and me saying “yeah I know what that is”.
