Contacted for a role, checked glass door and saw a bunch of negative interview experience but positive employee feedback. What's the real deal? Good place to work? Career growth opportunity? Overall team culture? Worth going through the interviews? General TC range for senior roles? 9 YOE
Great place to work - excellent processes and infrastructure in place for the stage of the company. Experienced upper level leadership (a lot of ex-eBay). Great growth trends. Would highly recommend looking into it.
How much comp can I get for 2 YOE? What would the breakdown look like?
Had an interview with them, the interview itself was great, but the recruiter was horrible. The initial phone screen was done once and done again in which she forgot the first one ever happened. It’s fine because I personally use the app, love the product, and GD reviews are great. After the interviews in which I thought I did well, I got completely ghosted. I sent 2 follow up emails to the recruiter and received nothing. Really disappointing experience because I really liked their product.
I concur. I went thro the mistake of going through their interview. Giant waste of time. Their recruiter is so unprofessional its jaws dropping. Not one but multiple time-consuming mistakes and demonstration of disrespect to candidates, all the way until the end. Team was great but I would not recommend going through the hassle. There r better companies out there.
Did you get an offer?
Had a similar experience, made it third round interview- take home case study. Submitted 10 days ago and havent heard back. Sent up a follow up email, 3 days ago and havent heard back.
Wat role ? Engineering ?
I'm considering either Sr swe or sr PM (have considerable exp in both). Growth opp? General TC band? Just don't want to waste anyone's time if the fits not there.
I find the company transparent, flat, genuine, cohesive, open to ideas, not too much explored area, decent comp, leadership listens, focused, can pace up.
