How's the culture within the engineering and product teams at Uber? Has it changed much since the new CEO came in?
Uber

Best company I ever worked for and I have been through the best and worst times here
It’s improved but there are still pockets that are very bad. The new CEO often says the right things, but then turns around and does the wrong thing. He’s one of those smooth talking fake types. Mental health issues among employees as a result of the environment is still common.
Uber is awesome. Changes are real and substantive. It’s not perfect by any means, but not longer measurably worse than any of the other big tech companies.
I came here from LinkedIn and culture wise LinkedIn is better. Not saying Uber is bad tho
