Culture at Coinbase?
Does anyone have experience with the culture at Coinbase, specifically related to autonomy and ownership of work? I really like what they’re trying to do but worry it’s too much of a big-company feel at this point.

In line with the impression I got from reading his tweets. Do you work at Coinbase?
I don't know what you mean, for what I can see from his tweets is just crypto / nft / web3 propaganda , and quoting "the X effect ...., or the axiom of Y", I'm sure the guy is smart, but I don't think is a messiah of any kind.
Transitioning from start-upy to big company. Still very libertarian.
