Curious: is LinkedIn Underrated?
All tech and even non tech folks are fascinated by Facebook, Apple, Netflix, Google, Uber and the Airbnbs but no one seems to care about LinkedIn despite good performance, high salaries.. The way I see it Linkedin makes a similar product as Facebook but with even more room for growth and even somehow avoids scandals which Facebook loves to get tangled in. So whats the catch? Too small? Too boring? Too under the radar? Microsoft puppet?
It is overrated I think. Don't you see it thrown around here all the time?
Everyone here is obsessed with FAANG. Definitey leas LinkedIn talk than all companies in FAANG (except Netflix lol)
Underrated for sure. My friends say that WLB is great.
I didn't think of LinkedIn as a top company until I started reading Blind. They make a single product, a website. Why is it so hyped?
That like saying Facebook only have one product, a website. If it’s free, you’re not the customer, you’re the product. The website is not the product, it’s the honeypot.
I have the same complaints about Facebook. These single website companies just don't seem as cool to me but I understand they make big money too.

Linkedin is definitely not overrated 1. Dropbox level food 2. FAANG level pay 3. Great offices and perks
LinkedIn is junk - it’s overpaid and overspoilt
You decide for yourself:- Good pay especially with MSFT stocks, WLB including things like InDays, food. Interview bar same as FAANG
LinkedIn is sightly under the radar in the blind community, but in certain Chinese communities, definitely wasn't under the radar. In fact they used to use the acronym FLAG often for the top desired places to work.
Whats the A stand for? 😁
Apple. I used to work for Amazon and we had joked about that in the past.
