Curious, what is Sprinklr’s reputation in the tech sector?
I’m considering other options. The company is racing towards IPO at all costs. Wondering if I’m leaving at the wrong time. But overall I’m curious what other people in the industry think.

But to answer your question. I can’t get past the structural problems within the company. And the software is pretty mediocre at best
They’ve been racing to IPO for a couple years now. Did you buy your options already? I’m a little sour on social media marketing given the events of the past couple years.
You don't want to exercise your options given the exercise or lose them option? Some Sprinklrites are buying other Sprinklrites' shares. I don't know if we are allowed to sell our options. But you could exercise them and then sell the shares. Just depends on what your strike price is ranging from pennies to the $3 something (that you could get from someone buying your shares today).
I’m late to commenting. Their IPO prep reminds me of cleaning my apartment before a tinder date arrives. Not really cleaning but throwing stuff in closets, wiping down surfaces with dirty T-shirts etc. It’s not a bad place. But ask yourself why are they rushing towards an IPO during the worst time in IPO history? Maybe the rise of self service AI/ML tools from MSFT, AMZN, GOOGL is causing the execs of this decade old company to cash in ASAP?
