Talking numbers with the recruiter tomorrow for the first time. Had a successful onsite. What should I expect? I checked levels.fyi already and saw some comments here that it's not accurate 15 yoe, tc: startup blood sweat and tears
How was your on-site like? How many LC and system design? Did you get all LC hard?
Please help by providing interview details - number of design, coding and leadership rounds. Expectations in the phone screen etc.
Head ache - you are currently at google and planning to goto Facebook ?
E6 has two coding rounds, 2 system design rounds. LC medium mostly and you will have seen both system design on various prep sites.
A lot of E6 offers on blind suddenly
I collected a lot of info on FB E6 on Blind recently for negotiating my own offer. You can expect around a $460TC offer to start (think around $220k base and $800k stock), but can push to close to $600k at max (As far as I know, max is about $240k bass, 1.2M stock, and $100k sign on). You may have to reject some middle ground offer in the meantime and send your recruiter back to ask one more time.
Can I dm?
The max E6 is for a well seasoned Sr. Staff level Engineer and not for a starter E6 Engineers
