Considering switching to FB for TC and career growth, but don't want to jeopardize my EB1 chances (India). Got a PhD, ~400 citations, US-level recognized national level award, recos and multiple press releases for my work. No patents though. Folks at my current company with a similar profile already have EB1 approved
Already have I-140 approved with PD of 2019, so H1B extensions at FB should not be a problem
