Houzz has apparently hired Goldman Sachs to lead their IPO efforts “early next year.” Likely a Q1 IPO. Can’t wait to see what their numbers look like. Congrats Houzzers for sticking it out for 12 years. https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/exclusive-home-remodeling-platform-houzz-hires-goldman-for-ipo-sources-2021-10-21
Houzz is still alive ? It’s been almost 5 years since I visited that website.
Shifted focus on SaaS business
Anyone here was using Houzz this year? Such as browsing photos, buying furniture, or hiring contractors? Will you buy Houzz stocks on the IPO day and why?
Wife and I use it. It’s a much better product for home stuff than something like PINS. Anyone who says they’re gonna buy Houzz stock without knowing what their revenue and growth looks like is an idiot.
I honestly preferred Redfin
If this stock opens up great im gonna feel really bad
Hahaha 😂
Not happening any time afaik.
Do you work at Houzz?
any time in full year 2022?
I doubt this happens in FY2022 given market conditions. Tech valuations down by as much as 80%. If there is a Houzz liquidation event at this point my money is on acquisition.
Weren't they doing a SPAC merger?
Clearly they are not given this latest piece of news…
