Epic Games work culture in WA

Looking at an opportunity to work for Epic Games as a senior backend dev. Was wondering if anyone who works there could tell me about what it’s like?

I’ve heard work is pretty chaotic, but I’m wondering how that translates into work/life balance, pressure from management/execs, etc.

I’m coming from Amazon, so it’ll probably be an improvement no matter what, but I was wondering if folks could share what they like about working there and some things they don’t like. How hard is it to be successful at a company like Epic Games?
