Confused by what I’m seeing in blind. My offer from Amazon says that I’ll get a yearly bonus in stock and my recruiter says I can expect it to be 25% but it can go up to 100%.
Why are people here saying there are no bonuses at Amazon?

No bonus.
1 year sign on is cashed the other one from year 2 you earn with every pay check. That means, they add a certain amount to your pay check.
Avg high tech churn is 2-3 years. Do the math.
They give you a signing bonus spread over 2 years to make up for it.
