How is it to work at nference, Bangalore
Hey Guys, I have heard a lot of good things about nference. I am considering applying to nference, but saw a lot of Glassdoor reviews about poor work-life balance. What is the current value of nference shares? How is the work-life balance in nference Bangalore? Are there too many late night/early morning meetings ? What about attrition? Depends on the manager. My manager never calls me. Decent wlb. Shares are worth nothing atm. Since the team is spread, there will be occasional late night calls, but not frequent.

Don't join unless you are a relative or friend of some CEO or his puppets. Afaik, CSO Venky is nephew of CEO. VP of DS worked with him before, now hired even if he does not have any knowledge about this field and has built countless junk apps. The Senior Director of Data Science is a friend of the VP, other than that no other relevant qualifications, has failed to deliver on almost every project, but still kept in job because of the incest in the company. The Sr Director hired his chamcha as a Principal Data Scientist, who has failed to deliver a basic project on OCR. This is the level of quality of people. It's total junk. The CSO acts like a Nobel laureate and boasts too mcuh, but none of the respected university asked him to give a talk. Scamming investors
