Meta vs Stripe

I recently got an offer from Stripe at L2 (equivalent to SDE2).

Stripe Offer: 190k (base) + 10% bonus, 136k (annual RSUs)

I’m currently an E4 at Meta and likely on the cusp of an E5 promo where I will probably make similar 💰.

Is it worth shifting to Stripe now at the same level? I’m also worried about WLB and culture at Stripe. Not that Meta is significantly better, but my team is alright. Suggestions on what I should do?

Current TC: 165k (base) + 15% bonus, 80k stocks.
