😂?
At last some one from SK Hynix. How is it there bro ? What do you work in ? TC please 😀
Former NSGer. No cost PPO health insurance for whole family is the best benefit. At Intel you're just a single transistor in the CPU, at Hynix you're just a single grain of rice in the rice bowl 🤷♂️. The negative aspects of Korean company culture will probably take 5 years or more to trickle down into something as big as NSG though. 13 YOE, ~175k TC.
Any idea how is it going to be to work for SKHynix specifically to nsg folks moving there?
Like all big mergers it will take years to integrate, but they will slowly Koreanize the management from the top down. The benefits and pay are better than Intel but as you get higher in the food chain you eventually you have to deal with the cronyism that is Korean companies.
Is it going to be a bad decision to join the nand BU? I am trying to understand the pros and cons. Currently, I am enjoying my work. Only reason for looking job is compensation. Would be good to get some suggestions.
Yes we just learned and are hard at work to GTFO.
What’s wrong with SK Hynix? 🤣
It’s even worse than intel. Peanut pay and a Korean sweatshop.
