Anybody heard of Blue Owl? State Farm "Insurtech" startup, $300k+ salaries

I talked to these folks back in the fall and they recently picked up the conversation again. Glassdoor reviews seem solid. Super high base salaries because they don't pay equity. Thoughts? Would you join them?

    Talked to them. Super low tech and they have a cultish culture. They worship statefarm ?!?!
    All of the panel was middle aged white men and I am asian. I got a rejection immediatelly, despite their tech stack sucks and they didn't even have proper interview questions. All interviewees are just chatting.

  • $300k+ for what level? Are they like Netflix, hiring only senior engineers?

    Why go to a startup that doesn't give you equity?
