      It all comes down to personal preference tbh. For me, I like the public transit options better in NYC. Things are open very late in certain regions of Manhattan like LES and Midtown which I can’t find even in Mission District in SF other than a few bars. Not as many homeless and no tents in sight. On a similar note, I don’t feel comfortable walking around late at night in SF, but felt fine in NYC.

      These are just a few things that I like in NYC over SF. Some things I like about SF are it’s quieter than NYC and you have access to pretty good trails in the city itself assuming you have some means of getting there like an ebike. It’s also better for your tech career.
