Can Riot Games match Facebook E4?

hello i have 2 YOE and have an e4 offer from fb for ~276k TC. i have an intro call with a Riot recruiter for a dev role in LA, not sure what level.

would Riot be able to come close to this? i really want to work there but was wondering if its even worth bringing up to the recruiter

how does leveling work at Riot for engineers?
