compensation details: E5, base 185k, RSU 375k over 4 years, sign on 50k.

Is it a reasonable offer for hardware/operations team?

  Not sure how to calculate compensation since only worked 2 years in Apple...but RSU accumulated and unvested in Apple is close to the offered number. Current is ~170k.

Pretty good post negotiation numbers, especially considering your rsu will be value will be based on average of month you join, so will likely bump that number up much higher once we recover
