recruiter reached out in a few days with very positive feedback and we'll be talking numbers tomorrow.
Background: more than 13 yoe
TC: somewhere near the microsoft principal level 65 (not marvell).
Currently at bay area and the Microsoft offer will be for Seattle.
To me apart from TC one important factor is the career progression as I'd like to go manager route in couple of years so the level I'm placed at would matter a lot. Ofcourse I'm not going to settle for Senior SWE but do they offer principal position or higher to new hires?
