DS-160 for dad

My dad is 71 years old and is a retiree for the past 11 years. Before that he worked for 34 years in various cities of the country, but in the same organization. DS-160 asks to list ALL employment. My dad really doesn't remember the address/telephone number of all the branches he's worked at for the entire 34 years. What should I do? Just enter 10-15 years that he remembers? Also, for the US Contact, I put in my name. But in the drop down for the "Relationship to You", there is no option of "CHILD". The closest ones are "RELATIVE" and "OTHER". I chose RELATIVE. Is that ok?

There are companies which help with visa process and they are effective/low cost. My father was also in the same boat. I filled out something random but When I visited the immigration consultant they gave different direction and it was game changing/ got the travel visa. They rejected him on 1st try. Which city are you from ?

I’m from Bangalore. What was the rejection reason cited in your father’s first try?

I had the same question when I was filling it for my parents. 1. I just entered the address I found on google for my Father’s office address 2. RELATIVE is good. They got their Visa Btw Good luck!

Were you able to find the address of ALL the places your dad worked at? Many places that my dad worked in the 70s don’t even exist anymore. So google can’t help. Also, did your dad work at the same organization but different addresses? What did you do in such cases? Mention all addresses?

No, I was not able to find all the addresses. I only gave the last one from where he retired. Yeah, in fact he worked in different cities but for the same company. Gave only the one from where he retired. Frankly, it shouldn’t be a big issue. Don’t stress about it.
