DS Offer eval Robinhood vs Twitter vs Snap vs Netflix
DS in fb. 5.5 yoe, 2 year in fb, TC ~190k I’m very lucky and have gotten 4 senior data scientists analytics track offers. Robinhood, dsa-fraud, TC ~320k Twitter, ds, TC ~320k Netflix, analytics engineer - content, TC 380k Snapchat, ds-ads, TC ~320k Netflix offers highest comp however the team is not that interesting to me. And I heard the culture is aggressive and there is PIP risk, similar as fb. Other 3 offers has similar comp. snap has some improvement space but it will still be below 350k. I guess wlb of all these 4 offers are better than fb. Edit: Levels are all senior level. Edit 2 for TC: Base ~150k, equity 140k/4 I forgot to include the bonus above, but it’s still around 200k Looking for some advice with the poll. Thanks in advance!!!##

Netflix wlb isnt better than fb fyi - given these offers, i think its a good idea to stick with interesting work unless you want to optimize for tc
