I just got offered a research engineer ( fresh grad) position in RnD department of a major manufacturing firm. The TC is around 15LPA. I'm quite happy with the role and project ( a lot of reinforcement learning and robotics). The main confusion that I'm facing is the prospects of doing an MS in USA. The job market seem extremely lucrative with high paying salaries ( 100-150k going upto to 400k with experience) and amazing job roles. Am I selling myself short by settling down in India ? What kind of growth and salaries can I expect if I continue my career especially in the AI domain in India ? Honest opinions please ๐ฌ.

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Donโt come for a masters in US , with the current given visa issues I donโt recommend anyone to come here for masters anymore , the prospects in India and other countries are far better at the moment . P.s - have done it so know it , long queue of gc will make u go nuts
Been hearing the same. But, I guess, it's just the case of grass is greener on the other side. How's the job market tho ? The oppurtunities in India (AI) seem pretty limited at the moment.
