Any feedback/experince on interviewing with Magna international?

A recruiter from magna international reached out to setup an interview and asks for my availability. I share my availability and they reply with a time they scheduled the interview for which is during the time I specified that i am NOT available.

And they scheduled a 3hr interview. This is the first interview. So I asked them what I should expect for this interview since I've never had a first interview be 3hrs long. They replied with, "it may not take the full 3hrs. Depends on your experience. Good luck".

Wtf??

Anyone interview with them? This seems so unprofessional to me, wondering if others have any light to shed on this company and experience.
