What is the role / position like? Compensation? What's Daimler's culture like? Any help would be really great!
Sounds like neither. If it is a scrum master role, its same like any other place... Imo, compensation and culture is comparable to other automotive companies. Mastership controls everything from Germany
Culture at Daimler sucks. A lot of politics and people get fired for no reason.
I hate the politics as well... Firing for no reason is something I dont get
Politics, pointing fingers at you from both your manager and your engineering team, pressure from your managers so that they can look good, timeline commitments from your managers that they try to hold you accountable for, delegation of activities from management that prevents you to better help your team to achieve their goals... Either it kills you or makes you stronger...
