With the current situation, when the screen time has been extended for the entire family, the regular browsing in general started putting much stress. Moreover, have started using more laptop at night and white screen on some webpages just lights the room. So I thought to try out dark mode esp dark mode extension in chrome/firefox thinking it would ease things but on the contrary I have found the sites not having the native dark theme support gets very dark and monotonous colored that sometimes it's too blunt and puts more stress. Eg docs is just too dark and reading doc/mail is too hard there.
Sites that have dark theme support are very good without this extension and where this extension would be needed, it doesn't do justice always.
What does people think? Does somebody has experienced something similar, may have some other solutions or should I just settle with the sites that have dark mode supported and ditch the browser extension.
