Currently interviewing with Liveperson for a SWE position, just want to know how is the culture and stability of the company. Any info will be very helpful.

  • Very bad in the Seattle office. I joined because of a high offer but the first week I knew I wouldn't last. Antagonizing and gaslighting management trying to create next amazon, and lots of SWEs that can't do tickets on their own. High attrition, over half my team got fired and bright SWEs were actively interviewing outside. That being said stock is doing well, some of the bad upper management has changed, and people are pretty friendly. Offices outside of US completely different culture
