Data Science Referral for my brother in US

I am posting this on behalf of my brother.

He completed his MS in Electrical Engineering specializing in Computer Vision and Machine Learning from NCSU. He have done research on Autonomous Vehicles and Robotics applications with ROS . He is looking for a job as a Computer Vision Engineer in US.
