When comparing different data analytics vendors (databricks, datarobot, sagemaker). What metrics are helpful?
Zepl. Very easy to use. Can use multitude of languages
Brainstorm all the features you could ever want, see if they're there or likely to be added. Pros and cons for each. Think forward too, ask yourself if you will you be branching out to more complex work later, and how it might work then. Lastly, be realistic. For metrics, look at analyst reports (Gartner, Forester, etc). They're high level and tailored to highlight vendor strengths. If you pull multiple different ones, you'll have a good idea of what each major vendor excels at.
I’m not doing the selection. I’m trying to make a framework for the selection. I’m asking blind what metrics I should consider ie security, vendor lock-in etc

Was just asking what criteria you would consider when evaluating these. I’m not even looking for answers
