Data points in google interview

What kind of data points are they looking for? Obviously fundamental cs knowledge problem solving skills but anything else?
First time interviewing with google and got an on-site interview without going through phone screens. What does that imply besides "the team likes your resume"?

    If the candidate is senior, I expect to see more than writing down a decent solution. I'd like to see that the candidate thinks about implicit assumptions that they are making when solving the problem , and I'd like to see discussions of tradeoffs. A decent solution where the candidate shows that they understand tradeoffs and potential problems give me better signals than a slightly more efficient solution with zero discussion about tradeoffs.
