We do but it depends on your performance like anywhere else. I got my refresher after my first year.

  They told me they usually do it after a year and because I had a competing offer they’d be willing to do it immediately. I didn’t take the offer because they low balled me in the end.

  I wouldn't settle for anything less than in writing that they will do it right away and even then I'd be a little concerned.
