Series-B startup vs Salesforce vs keep looking
Have multiple offers on the table and a few other on-site pending and quite a lot of other good companies havent tried. (But who knows how they are going to turn out) Of all the offers on the table right now, i am considering if I should take any of below or keep looking.
Salesforce SMTS
TC 330-360k first 2 years, 300-330k later
Series-B startup
Base 175k
ISO 40k based on est fair market value
Sign-on 8k
- targeting ipo in near future
- From product reviews I’ve found, seems pretty promising. Founded by founder who had sold previous startup.
I am married but not thinking about kids for another 4+ years, and I had worked for another big cloud provider prior OCI. I’m okay staying at current team and keep looking as well, even if feeling direction is not going where ideal and not quite sure I like the culture. I care more about long-term gain on the experience and growth and always wanting to try out startup, but not so sure if the paycut is worth it or if switching to SF would gain me anything.
Any suggestions :) ?
TC: ~350k (after stock appreciation)
YOE: 4-5
