Started a couple of weeks ago. I find that most people do not answer emails or delay till the next day.
Anybody experience this?
My manager gave me a list of people to meet as part of my on-boarding plan. I sent them Chime meetings and half didn’t respond at all.

My suggestion is to reach out casually on Slack or Chime, introduce yourself and let them know you’d like to look for time in their calendar for a brief 1:1 intro. (Consider using Chime because it has read receipts which makes it harder for folks to read your message and not respond). Give them 24 hours to reply you and then send the meeting invite if you get no reply or follow up again offline. Finally, if all else fails after several folks not replying in a week, let your manager know that you aren’t getting responses from (and be specific) team members x, y, and z.
Last thing to mention is that the Launch plan is just a guide so some things may take longer than the timeframe the put in the plan. Building strong relationships the right way is better than being super aggressive so be creative about getting their attention! Escalate only when you really need to.
Good luck!
