For context I interned at F/G last summer and have a return intern offer. Have offers from all above companies except Airbnb (waiting to hear back). I'm personally ruling out Msft, bloomberg, and Uber (didn't seem to vibe with Uber during interviews).
My main question is how is Dropbox these days? How's new grad pay and their engineering reputation? They had the hardest interviews out of all companies I got offers from and seem to maintain high hiring bar even though their stock and product seem to be declining. Since they hire around ~60 interns I thought it'd be a nice change from my F/G experience and intern class seems much more selective than F/G.
I might take Airbnb if I get an offer but assuming I don't, should I take Dropbox over F/G and Uber?

I imagine work life balance on average to be better than F and Airbnb and worse than G, but it’s highly dependent on team.
My personal advice is to try Dropbox or Airbnb since you’ve already interned at F/G. Airbnb can pay more than us but based on my experience at Dropbox and multiple friends’ experience at Airbnb, there’s a much stronger focus on engineering at Dropbox whereas there’s more of an emphasis on product and design at Airbnb.
Feel free to DM me other questions you might have.
I only know about new grad offers. I know this because I had new grad Facebook and Dropbox offers. I had other friends who also had new grad Facebook and Dropbox offers.
I cannot speak for senior offers at Facebook because I do not work at Facebook. My knowledge within Dropbox is that senior offers are around $350k TC.
