AWS Technical Program Manager referrals

My wife is looking for referrals at AWS for Technical Program Manager roles in VA area. She has applied to numerous positions to no avail. She has over 10+ years of experience in Software Development, Business Analysis and Project Management and we cannot fathom her not getting any interview calls.
